    • NRC approves Entergy’s exemption request to eliminate emergency planning zone (March 2)

    • Federal judge rules Entergy violated law, must pay 4 security guards back overtime pay plus damages. [VtDigger 03.17.15]
    • Public Service Board receives filings in Docket on dry cask storage. [Reformer 08.26.15]
    • Windham Regional Commission tells Public Service Board that Entergy should find a location for dry casks which is further from the reactor building, based on previous testimony by Entergy. [VtDigger 08.30.15]
    • Entergy asks Public Service Board to disallow testimony of New England Coalition’s Ray Shadis in dry cask case. [VtDigger 9.21.15]
    • State wins one. Entergy will notify NRC in advance when plans to take money out of decommissioning trust fund. [VtDigger 9.23.15]
    • NRC approves Entergy’s plan to handle radioactive fuel. [VtDigger 10.06.15]
    • Entergy will take $1.2 million from decommissioning trust fund to pay property taxes. State objects. [VtDigger 10.28.15]
    • NRC says Entergy VT Yankee will have enough money in decommissioning trust fund to dismantle the reactor and cover spent fuel management. [VtDigger 10.27.15]
    • Green Mtn. Power joined the state’s campaign to see that decommissioning trust funds (DTF) are used for only for decommissioning.[VtDigger 11.06.15]

    • VT Nuclear Decommissioning Citizen Advisory Panel joins other CAPs in letter asking Congress to deal with highly radioactive fuel being stranded in their communities. [VtDigger 11.27.15]
    • NRC approves Entergy plan to cease emergency planning as of April 2016. [VtDigger 12.11.15]
