Rep. Mike Hebert (R-Vernon), a friend of Entergy, has been selected to replace former Rep. Sarah Edwards, a staunch ally of ours and a tireless advocate for shutting the reactor down. 2.) VT House Natural Resources Committee and House Commerce Committee will be in Vernon at the elementary school on October 28. “The 1:30 p.m. session will be geared toward local officials from towns including Vernon, Guilford and Brattleboro. That session is open to the public, but Hebert said residents who want to testify should attend the 5 p.m. session for the general public.” [Brattleboro Reformer article]. Click here for details.
